The painter tries to master color,
The poet tries to master words,
Both try to master themselves.

Art has always been a part of my story- a gift passed down from my mother, who first taught me how to hold a brush and see the world through color and light. After losing both of my parents, I found myself navigating the deep and often overwhelming landscape of grief. The world around me dimmed, and all the color seemed to drain from my life.

Painting has allowed me to process loss, honor the memory of my mom and dad, and reconnect with the joy and creativity they helped plant in me. What began as a personal path to healing has grown into something bigger; an opportunity to fully embrace what I love and share it with others.  In this space, art has become more than a passion- it is a lifeline.

With each brushstroke, the colors are returning—not just to the canvas, but to my spirit.

This season of my life is dedicated to creating, exploring, and sharing my journey through art. Every piece I make holds a part of my heart- and I am so grateful to invite you in.

Thank you for being here.
